At MOTOVIGOR, we want you to be thrilled with your neon light car poster. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read through our Return and Exchange Policy below:
Returns
Order Opening Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers are required to record a clear and unedited video while opening the package. This video must show the package from all sides before opening, followed by the full unboxing process to verify any missing, damaged, or incorrect items. This helps us investigate the issue thoroughly and ensures a fair resolution. Claims submitted without an opening video may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
- To be eligible for a return, the poster must be in original, unused condition and not damaged in any way. It should be in the same packaging it arrived in.
- We do not accept returns for custom orders or personalized items, as these are made specifically for you.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service team at motovigor1@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the item, and any relevant photos of the product.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- You may exchange your poster within 30 days of receiving it.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the poster must be in original, unused condition, and should not have been damaged in any way.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

- Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the new design, size, or other specifications you'd like.
Exchange Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
What to Do if Your Item is Damaged or Defective:
- We take great care in packaging your neon light car poster to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please send a photo of the damaged item and packaging along with your order number to motovifor1@gmail.ocm.
- In cases of damage or defect, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
